HABC’s Brand

A Brand is EVERYthing.

Brands are defined by more than just a logo. A true brand shows
through in every aspect of a business. It resonates from everything
such as the voice answering the phone, the packaging of the product,
to the paint color on office walls.

We create engaging brand content and integrated branding packages
that hit home with audiences and scale across all mediums. My goal is
to create a high impact momentum that actually moves the needle.

Building and managing the development of HABC’s rebrand from 2018
to today is a successful example of that.

Created HABC’s HABCtv:
the world’s first closed-circuit
television station operated
by a public housing authority.

HABCtv.

Built, managed and developed original video, written and digital content,
commercials, alerts, promotional reels, highlights and 45-second news
spotlight show and extended informational programming
.
Managed day-to-day programming and all content placement,
as well as system maintenance, final editing and team training
for the channel’s digital programming CMS.

Digital Kiosk System Brand.

Managed art direction while
contributing to interface design,
U/e development and visual design
of HABC’s new housing portal kiosk
and registration and system.

Developed complete 21-item corporate apparel line.

That included: hats, beanies, coats, jackets, polos, button ups,
work pants, vests, t-shirts, gloves and other assorted outerwear.
—Also coordinated with the production, scheduling and distribution
of all apparel with vendors and HABC individual departments
.

Contributed to the development
and direction of HABC on social
media platforms, through writing,
brand management, integrated
campaigns, scheduling and
general operation.

Art directed and managed the 250k rebuild of
HABC’s rebrand from the ground up in 2018/2019
.
Brought a new mission, style, and message for residents,
stakeholders, employees and citizens of the City of Baltimore.

HABC’s Custom Iconography & Graphics

Developed a branded set of over 200 icons
for digital, web and new media application.

Each of them ready for animation and expanded
development throughout the agency’s
new digital content and promotional efforts.

Final icons were used throughout the
new website and received expanded use
in a variety of print content and signage.

Led art direction, design and
production management of HABC’s
2018 Annual Report and review.
The report promoted the agency’s
rebrand to stakeholders, Baltimore’s
City Council, state officials and
Maryland’s Governor.

The new Annual was designed as
a very grounded and down-to-earth
reintroduction to the agency. The clean,
modern look featured a glimpse
ahead into HABC’s future organizational
and construction development plans.

Vibrant graphics, strong visuals, and
professional photography were used
throughout, to help highlight the many
successes of HABC over the years.

HABC Workspace Design

We used HABC’s new brand colors in the redesign of their
corporate work spaces. Each work area received design and
visual trademarks unique to the surrounding architecture as
well as the department. The imagery and feel link back to
their clients and services. The bold colors, and clean
design make a powerful impact.
